Complaint regarding fraud over telegram channel

Sir an individual name Rxxxk has a telegram channel name(RONAK YT)where he was selling BGMI Accounts (gaming accounts) and he asked me to pay 2000 rupees to get an account .As I wanted an account I paid him 2000 rupees through Google pay but sir I wasn’t knowing that this person is a fraud . He took my money and didn’t game me the account and sir I told him that I would complain against you in police he said do whatever you want .Sir please I want my money back please help me

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
