Complaint regarding Go Ibibo and Air Asia for cancelled flights

I have an international flight booking via Goibibo and airlines is AirAsia. Due to lockdown in India flights got cancelled and neither travel agency nor airlines is supporting and refunding full amount in bank account. It has been almost 4 weeks I have raised request and multiple follow ups over calls and emails and tweets in twitter, but no response. Every day I am going through same set of steps calling goibibo , sending email, tweeting. This has caused me migraine now and going through mental agony. Rs. 50,670 is not a small amount for a middle class common people especially during this financial crisis due to COVID-19. Even credit note won’t help as validity will be 365 days and situation now, I cannot imagining planning a trip in near future. I first need to stabalise my finances and secure things then only I could think of planning a trip. Please help. I cannot bear a loss of Rs. 50,670. It is huge for us. Now because of all this I am on medication. :'( Please help.
