Complaint regarding harassment by Bajaj collection Executives

I took a PL from Bajaj Finance in November 2020. Till September 2021, I was clearing my EMI. But now I’m jobless due to Pandemic & also given birth to a child. Hence not in a position to move out for the searching of job. The last EMI of October 2021 I was unable to clear hence asked the collection executives to give some time as I’ve applied for PF to clear the outstanding but the executive David Mukherjee was so arrogant & threatened me very badly also visited to my residence & threatened my parents. Please look into the matter.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
