Regarding Dell service after paying for a premium support

I bought a new Gaming Laptop of Dell(Alienware M15 R2) on 10th Oct 2019. After One year I got my warranty extended (on around 15th Dec2020) for one more year by paying the total amount of Rs17499. In June 2021 I got issues only with my laptop fan and laptop battery. In premium support, Dell is supposed to provide services at my home or office but I took my laptop by myself to the service center and after that also I was made to visit the service center couple of times( I was not provided service at my home). It took around one and a half months to get it repaired(And I paid for the parts replacement). After I got my laptop back the issues were solved but I got my laptop back with several more problems like the speaker was not working(still got some problem), missing wifi card(it was solved after a few days), the display color is not good(yet not solved), slow performance and keeps freezing several times. I tried calling technical support for about two and a half months but was no action from the other end.

At one point in time, I gave up and was working on a laptop in whatever condition it was just for the sake of my work. But in the last week of this month(Oct 2021), I again called a technical support team of dell and they were helping me remotely to solve my problem they tried some of the troubleshooting and reinstalling the Operating System but the problem is not solved yet. After one and a half months, my warranty will expire and I am afraid that if the problem is not solved within this time I will have to pay an extra amount for the things Dell is responsible for.
