I’ve taken tickets through the agency for 10 February 2022 but I was not able to make the trip due to testing covid positive at the airport. The tickets were also taken for my wife and child as well however they were tested negative and took the flight. So Indigo Airlines cancelled my ticket and issued a separate PNR for me and also agreed to issue a refund for the ticket and the amount I paid for the additional baggage. Both these refunds are made to EaseMyTrip virtual ID on 7 March 2021 by Indigo Airlines. Despite of frequent emails and calls to customer service I haven’t received any update on my ticket refund amount of ?8560.
