I had ordered i phone 13 pro smartphone Rs. 114804. 25/- on 15 th Nov. 2021 from Reliance Digital online when it was in stock. and same day they have confirmed my order. Order was on NO COST EMI through HDFC Credit Card. After 2 days order has been cancelled without any prior intimation. After 2 days came to know from customer care that your order has been cancelled on 17th Nov 2021 as product was out of stock. HDFC bank has generated my credit card statement than I came to know they created loan account of worth Rs. 114804.25/- on 18th Nov. 2021. On 17th Nov 2021 again i called to customer care about order and asked about its refund process than they have replied it will take 7 working days for order cancellation and also asked about loan cancellation they replied like call to your bank it will close this meanwhile I called to HDFC bank customer care and got reply that this loan had been open on merchant online store so we can not close this loan. HDFC bank has charged interest too. 7 working days has been gone still waiting for my refund and aslo mentally puzzled cibil report will be worsen. I request you pls do the needful as soon as possible.
