Complaint regarding JIO wifi service

I had installed Jio wifi at my residence. Since 13/08/2019 no signal was received.  I tried to lodged a complaint to reliance jio customer care, but unfortunately after giving various alternatives the Customer care executive did not pick up the phone and my call was on hold for 5 to 10 minutes. on 20/08/19 in the monrning I had call to customer care and luckily my call was pick up by customer care executive.  iI describe him all the problems and he assured me engineer will visit the home and solve the problem.Unfortunately nobody turned up and no call or message received by any person. Thereafter, continously I am following the matter. But Unfortunately instead of attending complaint false promises and empty talks are being made. Today on 23/08/2019 one engineer called and it was learnt that he came to install new router that was never requested by me. On being told signal is not receivedn, he left without solving  my problems and assured that another enginner will come. I really frustrated that the customer being handled by this way by Jio. Kindly look in to the matter and oblige.
