Non- Refund of full amount by EasemyTrip

I have booked return tickets from Ease my Trip  totalling Rs. 19724 (by paying extra for  cancellation insurance chargs or Rs.3196 ) so that in case of cancellation I get the full refund.

I have cancelled the tickets on 31-05-2020 but i got refund for Rs.8588 only (in 2 parts 4204 & 4384). For the balance amount I still did not get refunds. Inspite of so many e-mails to customer care of easemytrip , my query is still unresolved.

    Ease my trip company not refunding my ammount…..and sites are showing refunded postion. ammount is not credited back to my account even after confirmation email from the company.please help …..as this company is not trustable
