Complaint regarding lack of service support from Havells

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by Havells India regarding my purchase of last year with warranty of two years. Despite several follow-ups, the matter remains unresolved as of today, November 20th 2024.
For your reference, I have attached the invoice and call logs related to this issue.
After multiple follow-ups, their technician finally agreed to visit at 6:00 PM on 16th Nov 2024 but failed to show up. Moreover, there was no courtesy to inform me of the change in plans. When I called to inquire, I was told outright that the technician would not be coming.
This behavior is unprofessional and reflects poorly on their organization.  Again, I have been told that their technician will come on 18th Nov 2024 by 1:30 p.m. and as usual neither they came nor bother to inform me.
And on 17th Nov, they decide to come on their own without phone call though it was conveyed to them that I am working, so they need to inform me to set schedule.
Again, they said their person will come on 20th Nov ( today) but no one has come, nor called me. This way, I am suffering like anything and missed my office on multiple occasion due to their irresponsible nature.
I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this issue and ask Havells India to pay heavy penalty for such negligence and mental harassment.
I expect a prompt response and a firm resolution to this matter.
