I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the ongoing issues I have faced with the washing machine repair service provided by Jeeves, which is powered by Flipkart.
I purchased a Relame Fully Automatic Washing Machine from Flipkart, along with an extended Complete Protection Plan by Jeeves, expecting prompt and efficient service. However, it has now been over 1.5 months since I first reported the issue with the machine, and despite my continuous follow-ups, both Flipkart and Jeeves have failed to provide a satisfactory resolution.
Despite multiple attempts to get the machine repaired, the technician has repeatedly closed and canceled my service request without any genuine inspection or corrective action. On top of that, the remarks provided by the technician seem to be false and misleading, further compounding the issue. The responses I receive from both Flipkart and Jeeves are limited to asking for a time frame but no actual action has been taken to resolve the matter.
I am deeply frustrated with the lack of service and follow-through on this issue and feel that my concerns are not being addressed appropriately. I kindly request your immediate intervention to ensure that the necessary repair work is carried out at the earliest, and that the technician provides a proper diagnosis and solution, rather than closing the case without resolution.
I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt response to ensure that my washing machine is repaired without any further delay.
