Complaint regarding late cake delivery attempt by Winni

The company name WINNI , I ordered cake for my sister to give the surprise. I selected time slot also.. Between 9am to 3 pm on 22 Aug 21..

But the delivery boy was called at night 10 pm.. My sister refused the order. When I informed the winni the customer care they refused for refund of rs 650/-. I ATTACHED ORDER DETAILS ALSO
