Complaint against mypoojabox.in for poor delivery service

This complaint is regarding a gifting website www.mypoojabox.in.

I had ordered international shipment of Rakhi Gift Box for my brother for Russia, which has still not reached him. The customer service does not respond to status of delivery. Infact, they updated the status of my order as delivered on their website(Order number: MP55451 placed on 7th August’21).

After trying to call all their available numbers on their website, I was able to talk to one of their representatives who said that the order is still on their way and has been dispatched on 14th Aug. When I questioned incorrect status of the order on their website, he mentioned that it was status as “Delivered” because from their perspective they delivered it to some logistics company who will further ship the products. I countered him saying the status has to be final status of the product, not intermediate status internal to them. He said he will check and get back to me but he never called back. His number after that has been unreachable.
