Complaint regarding Late Delivery of Microsoft X box by Flipkart

I have ordered a product from Flipkart “Microsoft X box “X series” on October 23, 2023 and the price of the product is 45,539. Flipkart promised me to delivery by November 1, 2023 but I they haven’t delivered the product on November 1, 2023 and they changed the delivery date to November 5, 2023  and it is not delivered on on November 5th as well now they changed the delivery date to November 9, 2023.
I have spoken to Flipkart customer many time but they keep on giving the new resolution date but the product is not getting delivered. Flipkart customer support is just informing me to wait until the product is delivered (without any assurance on timeline).
The support team says they cannot assure on correct timeline and they cannot provide any compensation for late delivery and inconvenience caused.
