Regarding non-delivery of order by Lensfit.com
I am writing to formally file a complaint against Lensfit.com for a highly unsatisfactory experience with my recent order. On October 12, 2023, I placed an order for eyeglasses on their platform, making a payment of INR 1506. An order number was generated for this transaction, which is OIDLF30184.
It has now been over a month since I placed this order, and to my dismay, I have neither received the order nor any communication regarding its status. My attempts to contact Lensfit.com’s customer care through their phone number have been in vain. I have also reached out to their email address at care[@]lensfit.com, but regrettably, there has been no response. In fact, I recently received an email stating that “firstname.lastname@example.org” does not exist, indicating that their email account may have been blocked.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that I receive a refund for my payment. Your help in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.
