We also faced the same way, they mis-sell saying that they are part of hotel Chain ‘Park Inn’, while they are not, while selling they said 4-5 star hotels would be available even on peak days but in reality none are available….they mentioned that we withdraw any time and money will be refunded on pro-rata basis, while they purposely delay sending any documents and then say that after 7 days nothing will be refunded due to administration charges …the person who sold it to us is no more with the organization…would request all to come together and collectively take legal action against them..
We have not utilized any of their services and accordingly request your help in getting our full refund of Rs. 3,40,000/-.
