Regarding delivery of defective product from Flipkart vendor

I have received Damaged product inside the box. I complained to customer care for which every different customer agent kept on saying different things. After escalating a new Agent told me that they have to investigate further. And without any prior communication they marked it as Solved by saying that the correct product was delivered. They neither provided the return nor provided the replacement facility for the same. And also after several requests when they arranged a request for picking the product then the Pickup Agent refused to take the product by highlighting that Customer Didn’t Accept. I explained the whole scenario to the delivery boy but he refused to pick up the product. After that as well I complained to customer care for more than 20 times Arrange again replacement But Again Wishmaster denied to pickup.After that My account is Blocked. I’m Unable to Login my account so i don’t complaint further . Finally Now I’m Register with you. Hope You Understand and resolve my issue asap. Order Id- OD22xxxxxxxxxxx000.
