I booked a hotel reservation on MakeMyTrip mobile app. I was shown special deal room with breakfast and I booked it and took the screenshots. To my surprise when I got the booking confirmation It said room only. I made immediate contact with MMT Customer support they assured that they will check with technical team but they didn’t and replied stating that breakfast is not included and I have to pay. Why would I pay for your error. I have screenshots in proof if you have proof of what I booked then produce it. This is a fraud and now they want to hide it like they always do. They should fix the error. I want compensation for what they did to me.
