Complaint regarding my holiday vouchers

Complain about my holiday vouchers. Value: 3000. I have purchased two vouchers of my holiday- from Nxxxn Sxxxxxm mxxxe, at time of purchase of vouchers he assured that vouchers are valid for Saturday and Sunday also but when we asked him for booking. his booking agent said Saturday Sunday not allowed or charges required 2.5 time means regular rate .Nxxxn mxxxxe try to giving baseless excuse .booking manager is very rude act as purchase of vouchers means noticing for her. Due to these two people my whole day go in vain.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
