Complaint regarding new ACT broadband connection

On the 22nd of september 2018, we booked an internet broadband called ACT they promised to give us the connection on the next 3 day. But when the day comes all they did was keep delaying us and making excuses because we already paid for the the bill, it has been a week an now there’s nothing to hear from them, they rejected our calls and won’t contact us. Now we want a refund and they sill disagreed to give us back, they told us to contact their customer care but i just want my money back and they won’t give us the refund.
One person came to do the online application an did it, he didn’t have a change so i gave hi Rs 1370 the actual price was 1368.
