Complaint regarding new connection from ACT broadband

So, I have contacted to ACT customer care regarding new connection on 6th feb, 2021. and the agent have sent me the plan details and i selected a plan for 3 months and he shared the documents checklist and the payment link and I did the payment for the same instantly and i requested for the installation to done on next dat i.e. sunday 7th feb, 2021, and the agent whose name is Dxxxxxk Gxxxxxa from bangalore his contact no is 8xxxxxxxx3 has promised me that the connection will be installed next day. When I called for the update he blocked my number and also on whatsapp.
So i tried reaching customer care and they also disconnecting the call. i have made around 50 to 60 calls to them yet not resolved and no refund also now i want some legal action to be taken for the guy Whose name is Daivik Gowda.
It was very important for me to get the connection by Monday 8th feb, 2021 so i made the payment but its 11 feb, 2021 still there is no one who bother about the service.
I am attaching the Screen shots of the payment , whatsapp chat  and the recordings of the customer care agents how they are disconnecting the call without any resolution.
