Complaint regarding Nextra world internet services

Since last 15 days my internet connection is not working properly. Every time I need to contact customer care email id- support[@]nextraworld.com but they always give reply that they are working on the issue since last 13 days. I recharged for 1180 rs also and asking for refund. Please help. Ticket # 20877785015, 20877785014.

SBI Reward Points – Rs. 14,265/- – Mr. Vipul Goel, of Nawabganj, Kanpur 208002, Uttar Pradesh had 57060 SBI reward points(worth ?14265) linked to SBI account. He tried redeeming those points on mobikwik through maxgetmore. The points were deducted but money was not added to mobikwik.
