Payment made to projector shop Instagram channel, no delivery

Payment Made but not received the goods. Value: 588.82

I Made payment to Angel Clothing Rs.588.82/- on 03/11/2022 for mini projector the shop name is “projector shop” in Instagram application. they confirm the order via email but they haven’t send the product till today.

They are not giving replay to emails and shop is not visible in instagram app now.

Please help me to get the refund. payment details are attached .

Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back.
