Complaint regarding no refund from from Travolook

I have booked flight ticket from Bangalore to Jaipur on Nov 30 2020 for one of my family friend. Later I got call from Travolook team they told, your ticket is not confirmed due to fair changes and it will reimburse with in 20 days. And they have immediately they disconnected my call. After that I am keep on calling them but no body is responding. Please help me on this. The total fair is 5881Rs.

Please help me to over come this.

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
