Defective product from Flipkart, no customer support

I have purchased a mobile phone stand for my bike from Flipkart on 23rd October 2020. When I started assembling it I have discovered one of the part was missing  and the packet was also damaged.  When i called them to return the same on 25th/26th October the agent came for pickup but then denied to pickup as the packing box was damaged. When i explained the situation he didn’t listen to my problem. Then I have lodged another complaint online with Flipkart on 1st November but no response came in. My father than took over this case from me and again got in touch with Flipkart during the 1st week of November 2020. Finally then agreed to replace the product but then no response again from them. Till date no one came for pick up. I feel I am cheated.  Please feel free to ask any question you may have.
