Complaint regarding no refund from zopnow.in

I placed the order on 30/10/2020 in zopnow.in website. I paid the amount of rs 4597.20.my order no 7xxx3. I placed the order and I paid amount .after that also it showing the order status is pending . Next day I cancelled the order . Still we dint received any msgs. I lost money. tomer care number is not available. Plz help me out from this problem.
I think zopnow.in company is a fraud company. They r cheating everyone.. plz help me
