PAN Card not delivered by velex logistics courier

The NSDL dispatched my pan card  on 17-October-2020 through VELEX LOGISTICS PVT LTD Courier by airway bill no. 23xxxxxxxxxxx4. As per Velex logistics status in their website, my pan card was delivered on on 24-October-2020. But i have not received my PAN card. I was not able to contact the courier service through the number provided by them on their website.Please help me with this to get my PAN card.

    Kindly DM the PAN/Application acknowledge /Token number or other transaction details of your query.

    My pan card was dispatched by NSDL and in the official website my pan card was delivered in date 28.11.20 at velex logistics PVT LTD but i don’t receive my pan card on that day my acknowledgement no is 881034142799996

    My pancard was dispatched on 5may2022 thro VELEX COURIER ,It is at kumabakonam head office is any one know the contact no of velex courier ,kumbakonam ,pls help
