Complaint regarding non-delivery by Gadgetsshop.in

I ordered online for a Bluetooth speaker and earpods for RS.999 on May 7th and paid through my credit card.i haven’t received the product yet. So I thought of raising q complaint and the website does not exist.And so many have mentioned about gadgetsshop being fake . The order summary just says order confirmed,but no delivery date .Need help.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
