I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I have encountered with a recent online purchase on instagram platform.
On 16 November 2023, I placed an order from a seller’s page on Instagram, username: @pakistani_suits_delhi_. The order was made for Dress, and I opted for a prepaid transaction as Cash on Delivery was not available. The seller informed me that the order would be dispatched within 3 days and delivered within 7 days.
Unfortunately, it has been more than 11. since the expected delivery date, and I have not received my parcel. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller through direct messages and calls, I have not received any response. This leads me to suspect that I may have fallen victim to a potential scam.
I am reaching out to report this issue as per Instagram’s Shopping Protection Policy. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure the safety and security of users on your platform.
