Complaint regarding non-delivery by Myntra, no refund or support

This was about an order i placed bearing ID-12xxxxxxxxxxx1 from Myntra which was wrongly marked as delivered by Myntra on 21st October. But i did not received the product nor they are returning my amount back. Already called them up and they investigated the matter twice but they are not ready to give the money back as their logistics have confirmed twice that they delivered the product from their end.

Please look into this and solve the matter at the earliest.

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back. Refund from Ostore24 – Rs.575/-: Bhupendra Juvatkar of Thane – 400605, Maharashtra (Email: bhupen_j[at]hotmail.com) ordered 4 Fa Men Deodorant for Rs575.00 plus Rs. 5 shipping on 20th June, 2013 through Axis Credit card, Order ID is 1116. But he did not receive the product even after a month. He sent Many mails to their support team got no response. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund.
