Complaint regarding non-delivery by Nykaa

I ordered 3 products from Nykaa last Sunday (9 December 2017) and got a notification that products will be delivered within 2 business day. It’s 16 December 2017 today and i haven’t received my product yet. Order number- 502901941

I emailed Nykaa so many times and only got a scripted response that they have raised a complaint with their delivery partner. I also got a call from Ecom (delivery partner) and they assured that the product will be delivered on Saturday (16 December 2017) and i cancelled all my plans just to receive the delivery however, they failed this time as well.

I have wasted enough time waiting for the delivery. I demand a compensation for the time i have wasted waiting for the delivery.

    Nykaa is the worst. The worst. Most pathetic. And useless. Their delivery policies are pathetic. I ordered B&B Fine Fragrance Mist on 25th July and today it is 8th August, no order has been delivered. I called them already and spoke with number of representatives, same stupid response stating the concern has been raised and sent to relevant team. “Relevant team does nothing” because it’s the same response and no results everytime. Earlier I ordered Mccaffeine products and they were delivered correctly by Xpressbee. This time it’s bluedart who keeps on saying they will call me or called me however, I never got a call from them. I called the delivery agent he said he’ll be coming in 5 minutes and will call me back. But I never got a call. Again I called back the delivery agent. He did not answer my call neither did he call back.
