Complaint regarding non-delivery by the shoes kart

Non receipt of Shoes from The Shoes Kart. Value: Rs 798/-

Dear sir/madam,
I had paid Rs 798/- through credit card towards purchase of shoes from The Shoes Kart on 2nd June 2021. However the material has not been received as yet. The seller is not responding to the mails and contact number is not available on the website.

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
