Complaint against theshoekart for non-delivery of product

I ordered for a pair of shoes from theshoekart.com, since then I have no clue on when my order is going to arrive. On the website it only says – Thank you for ordering with us and we will inform you when your order is ready. I wrote an email to know about my order but have got no response yet.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
