Complaint regarding non-delivery by theshoeskart

I have ordered a pair of shoe from theshoeskartstore on July 8th, where I paid 800rs through online payment, and hadn’t received any product or any reply from them.
It was my mistake that I should have checked about the vendor/seller.
I request people not to order from this website and fall for the discounts. Also request the officials to take steps accordingly and ban this website.
I have seen the add in cricbuzz and thought it would be a genuine seller, also request cricbuzz also to make a crosscheck about the products/vendor/seller. Because I as a customer trust cricbuzz as a trustworthy organization.
