Complaint regarding order placed with Nurserylive

Nurserylive misleading customers big time, each order value may be 99-500 range.. but thousands of victims suffering. I ordered 2 plants, after many many follow-ups got one low quality one.. for the other one, many emails but most of the times no response, even if they respond.. standard dialogue of ‘your order heading towards you OR we have processed the refund’ neither order will be delivered nor refund reaches the customers. For me they keep replying with tracking number which was 10th Jun, when I check it shows error message. No contact number because they know people will question them big time. They feel more secure to cheat public because no one can bother them as they only respond to emails with standard dialogue. They are misusing the social media with false ad to attract customers and cheating them. Serious action has to be initiated to save the customers
