Complaint regarding non-delivery of Flipkart order

Order on flipkart online shoping. Value: 8000

I bought a mobil phone on flipkart.com online shoping site to see delivery date 14th october. because my father birthday was 16th october and to give him to surprise gift. but still now 22th october i have not reach my order. and also they all are missguide me and not given proper answer of delivery date.

I think they are being unfair.
