Regarding non-delivery by Flipkart seller, no customer support

On 4th February I purchased a Bluetooth wireless headset from FLipkart Portal along with two other products. On 6th February, Flipkart delivery agent two products and collected two OTP’s from my father’s phone. The third product, Bluetooth wireless headset, was missing in the box. The same was reported to Flipkart the same day evening. I talked with more than 5 customer service representatives of Flipkart and all assured that the product refund will be done.
My request for refund was first rejected because of failure to upload pics of the product. As I have not received the product, I was not able to upload the pics. The second time they asked me to upload my ID proof and invoice to process the refund. I uploaded my AADHAR and invoice.
Second time they rejected my request saying that AADHAR is not a valid ID in INDIA. Third time I provided my Passport , invoice and pics of received products.
Third time the customer service representative rejected the request saying that the delivery partner confirmed the delivery. The same day, I contacted the delivery person and he confirmed that the product is not delivered and asked me to lodge a complaint. I video recorded the call conversations and along with the same I requested the customer service for fourth time. With out providing any satisfactory resolutions they closed the refund request. I request higher authorities to look in this issue and provide a resolution at the earliest.
