Complaint regarding non-delivery of orders placed on Snapmint

Ordered Items Not Received (Downpayment already paid) As per App- EMI Auto Debit is on.
Value: 379.00

I wanted to purchase a Perfume (Rs. 675.00) & Suit for my Sister (Rs. 1729.00) without credit card on emi, so used snapmint. After completing the downpayment and call them but after paying the downpayment worth rs. 270.00 & 101.00 I am unable to contact the snapmint and they are also not contacting me Snapmint such a fraud finance company.

As per App- EMI Auto Debit is on. Pls help.
