Regarding deficient service from Om International Movers Pvt Ltd

I booked transportation of household goods from Gurgaon to Hyderabad on 22/04/2022 through M/s OM International Movers Pvt Ltd vide consignment note number 0492 and against this transportation, paid Rs 13,160 through PayTM Transaction. Today even after 20+ days, the goods have not been delivered to my address and there is NO Update from the Transporter. It appears that either the Transporter M/s OM International Movers Pvt Ltd has misplaced my goods or has not yet shipped the same. As these are household goods which was promised to be delivered in max 7 days-time so delay and non-response is causing a great inconvenience specially since the payment has already been made.
