Complaint regarding non-delivery of PAN by velex couriers

I applied for pan card in 2021 ,when I track my pan card after 1 month shows the pan card is at velex logistics Pvt lmt .uttam nagar branch but even after 4 months pan card is not delivered yet . Now I tried to track my pan card their site shows pan card is already delivered and show tracking if is not available . Please told them to deliver my pan card I need it as soon as possible Tracking id of velex logistics is 23317996661
