Complaint regarding non-delivery of Realme Note pro by Flipkart

I had ordered one Redmi Note Pro 7 Space Black from Flipkart on 4th October and the expected delivery was 5th October, but the item hasn’t been delivered to me yet.

I’ve tried to contact Flipkart through call, email, chat as well as Twitter to know the status. However, everyone they have only one ready made answer that they’ll look into it and and resolve the issue within 24hours.

But I haven’t got my product yet and now Flipkart has stopped responding to me.

I want to take some serious action against Flipkart and need your help on this.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
