Complaint regarding online shopping fraud

I have ordered online shirts (3), from a site Choice Cart on 13 June 2020, Email Id of that site was care@choice-cart.com. Address:7th Floor, A wing, Andheri Kurla road, Andheri East, Mumbai-400093.
No updates were given after that and even they do not have any contact number. I checked FB comments which states that the site was a fraud. Please contact me.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
