Complaint regarding order placed with KFC application

On 25th May, 2022, I ordered food via KFC application. Due to issue in their application, payment got succesfull but order didn’t processed. So, I called customer care and they told me to send screenshot of payment to the store via mail. And so i did, I even talked to manager about it. But overall system is very unresponsive even after multiple reach outs to customer care as well as the store manager. Yesterday, 5th may,2022 i even noticed him about complain in consumer forum, he seen the message but didn’t replied and is unresponsive.
