Complaint regarding order placed with zopnow.in

I had did the online shopping for items worth Rs. 679/- in zopnow.in and during payment it allowed only UPI payment and paid through my Gpay on 17-4-2021 11.24 AM. I waited for the order confirmation email of sms. But as I didn’t receive any confirmation, I had sent emails to confirm the order or refund to the address: care@zopnow.in. Till today I didn’t receive any response.

Hence, I request the consumer forum to take necessary action against zopnow.in and to refund the paid amount.
