Complaint regarding package and cancellation cost by thrillophilia

I booked a trip with thrillophilia.com in sept 2021 with 64900 as package cost and paid 25% of the package cost i.e 16225 as booking amount with the assurance that this has free rescheduling with same package cost for 2 years. I have whatsapp screenshot of the discussion with the agent as proof.

Now when i proceed with resceduling after numerous follow ups by the way, they shamelessly ask me to dole out 10k more citing changes in vendors as the reason. Even though my itinerary has reduced by 1 day now.
And when I ask for cancellation, they say they will charge me 25% of package fees as cancellation fee.

I wish to get my booking amount back as they did not honor their word to keep the package cost same.
