Complaint regarding refund due from bata.in

Bata is not refunding the amount of the returned products, purchased online from bata.in. Value: 2000
I had purchased the 5 products from “www.bata.in” in August 2022. 4 out of 5 products I returned to them as per their return policy. All the products has been returned to them successfully, but they are not refunding the amount till now (08/11/2022).

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. Refund from Safal Teachers institute – Rs.3000/-: Ms. Namrata Gorava, Mumbai, Maharashtra had paid Rs.3000/- for a course but she did not attend the same and she wanted refund.
