Regarding Vivo V7 sales on Shopclues

I have order one vivo v7 plus mobile to shop clues through cash care payment. I already paid Rs21500 to shop clues. Shop clues self cancelled my order given resion is product is not available with us.When I visit there sight product is a already available at sight now they nor send me my set or refund my money. Shop clues harassing the customers very badly. My order I’d is 136555614.
