Complaint regarding Paytm Hotel Booking and no refund

I made a hotel booking through PAYTM for HOTEL GRACE at Karol Bagh for 13th Se 2020 to 17th se 2020. But when I reached hotel the hotel owner said that there is no such booking and he can’t give us room which was shocking for me because I was too tired at that time . After long discussion also nothing happened then we moved to search another hotel nearby and found some and stayed there. Since then multiple times I called customer care regarding this but no positive response . I tweeted also then also only copy paste reply. It’s totally unacceptable and fraudulent behaviour from PAYTM. I request you to take strict action against paytm and get my refund initiated with complete interest .
