Fraud by fake data entry job company named Aclema enterprise

in dec 2017 i got a call from fake data entry company name as “aclema” from surat gujarat. they took details of mine including adhaar card and pan card. after that they gave me a data entry task which cant be completed by any normal human being. so i couldn’t completed it. after that they told me to pay penalty amount of 5664/- otherwise they will put a legal case against me in court. so i paid the amount and then they told me that i m free from all these matter. now after 3 years today again one of fake call from them i got and they again demanding amount . i m totally frustrated . please help me . i have all emails and payment screenshots . thank u sir..

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back.
