I had purchased (made to order) a wooden bed from a furniture shop in Baroda. The quality of the workmanship is not good.
The accessories which are used are of third grade like the hinges (they have started corroding), handles (very bad quality and not easily operable), screws (started corroding). I had asked to send the bed only after the inspection but the owner sent it saying it is having no problem and of good quality. Upon receipt of the bed, it was not of proper workmanship and i complained to the owner, initially he said he was hospitalized and would respond in few days after recovering but even after then he did not revert back.
After continuous followup he said it is of right quality and we are just making fuss and we will need to pay extra for the man he sends or wait till he goes in our area then he will come and sort out the problem.
it has been more than 3 months the problem has still not been solved. The payment has been done in full.
i m stuck up as the vendor is not responding and now asking for extra money to get the problem solved
