Complaint regarding refund due from Travolook

I am hereby to state that I would like to lodge a complaint against the Travolook company for non refund of the amount towards non booking of the Air Tickets.
 
In this connection, I would like to bring to your notice that I had booked an air ticket for my cousin from Chennai to Ahmedabad on 14.09.2021 for the journey on 17.09.2021 and an amount of Rs.7707/- was deducted for the above transaction subsequently on 15.09.2021 a email was received that your tickets could not be booked due to fare expiration and the above refund will be credited within 5-7 working days excluding Holidays, but till date the said amount has not been received, even after sending the emails.
I request you to kindly take up the matter for refund of the above amount at the earliest please

    Issue resolved and complainant got refund.
